Ok, but first let me introduce myself, I am Karen Phoenix and I am a very new mommy. My pregnancy was near perfect with zero complications.
What got me through so easily is that I researched as much as I could find about what to eat while pregnant. When I first became pregnant I used everything that I discovered. Not only did I have a great pregnancy, but I was also able get back to my pre-pregnancy weight in less than 7 weeks.
I would be grateful to tell you about some of my healthy pregnancy diet information with you that I learned along the way.
• Discover What is Causing Your Pregnancy Food Cravings- Learn what brings about pregnancy cravings. Pregnancy food cravings are your body telling you that it needs a certain nutrient. So don’t just grab the junk food that you think you want. Rather, go for a healthy food choice.
• If it comes pre-packaged, than you should not put that into your body…or your babies body. All these pre-packaged foods contain tons of chemicals that can potentially harm your unborn child.
• Eat foods with enough Omega 3. Your body does not naturally produce Omega 3 and its important for your child even after birth. Research has proven that babies that had Omega 3’s in their systems tested higher brain activity than those babies without.
• Get enough iron. One of Irons jobs is to help your blood carry oxygen. Iron is also is important to help your child build his red blood cells.
• Stay away from refined sugars. This also means all of those substitutes. All refined sugars contain loads of chemicals and are all linked to lots of. This healthy pregnancy diet tip will help to keep your blood sugars normal to ward off gestational diabetes.
• Exercise During Pregnancy. This is a very important healthy pregnancy diet tip. Get in 3 to 4 moderate intensity workouts through your pregnancy. This helps to control your hormone levels and kill your stress.
• Control Your Stress. Science has proven that being pregnant and stressed out can cause many bad and long term affects for your baby. Keep your stress away with exercise, meditation, and finding hobbies that you really enjoy.
• Get a good night sleep. You need to make sure you get at least of 8 hours every night. Pregnancy will probably cause insomnia, but proper exercise can combat this so you can rest good at night.

When I was in my middle twenties, I’d been convinced I always would never really want children of my very own, in reality, I could rephrase that for some more robust words and phrases, the very thought of me personally having kids of my very own horrified me, almost to the level of disheartenment. The thought of finding myself pregnant used to give me bad dreams or nightmares.
The situation is completely different now though, merely ten years down the line. Right now just about all I think about is having children of my very own, my mind is filled with infants thoughts, it has to be the biological clock ticking away at the rear of my mind.
A few years back, the very thought of becoming pregnant was a nigh mare, now though, all I keep asking myself personally is are you fertile.
