In the normal circumstances the cotton farms are grown with the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Nowadays there is a growing demand to cultivate the cotton farms without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
If the cultivation of organic cotton is truly done without the use chemicals, it will result into the non-mixing of damaging residues in the steams. Non-mixing of the chemicals into the stream further guidelines the pollution of the ocean is avoided. This will completely result into the oxygen rich ocean and not the dead areas as we are seeing in the Gulf of Mexico. Since we are discussing about the organic cotton we are mentioning of only cotton. But this is applicable in other regions of cultivation too.
We can not ignore the fact that the organic cotton is expensive, particularly if it is of fair trade brand. The fair trade is a regulation to help the people who are in the production of organic cotton from developing nations to get their efforts correctly rewarded. The natural friendly people are specially serious about this. This also does not give a full confirmation to the fact that such cotton is enormously genuine as organic. The saying “Not all organic cotton is fair trade cotton, and not all fair trade cotton is organic” is apt here. This is discouraging for those who envisage the greatest for all occasions.
The yet fresh way to identify the genuineness of the organic cotton is the label of fair trade variety. The fair trade organic cotton is expensive for the simple reason that it comes from a particular code of conduct and is applied in third world countries. There is a particular regulation to provide fair wages and service conditions for the people engaged in the production of organic cotton. Though the fair trade regulated products are reliable in contents, still they are not cent percent reliable for the obvious reasons.
Many of us are still doubtful to accept the organic cotton to be the right pronouncement. For them to get hold of the confirmed stand, they have to see and understand the consequences of the worst result of the environment pollution. There are places where the organic farming are encouraged and where the normal guidelines of non organic farming is taking place in gigantic scale. Again compare the expenditure which are involving for the repair of the environment. The costs for the redecoration of the natural world are purely of man made. The costs of this nature is rightly meant for other developments like education, roads etc.
it is true the government is bound to bear costs of this surroundings. But who is the supplier of money for the government to undertake such expenditure, it is the people who are the tax payers. So we have to help the government to rightly spend the taxes by doing our own area. Keeping the natural world healthy is one of our responsibilities.
The texture of both organic and non organic products are almost the same. What matters are the healthy feeling the organic product gives. The organic products will be of healthy and in well being.
